How to apply

  1. Open the link and sign in Sign in with your h_da account.
  2. Enrol once On first access Moodle shows „enrolment options". Click „Enrol" – no key required. Once on the course page, choose „Students" → „Add entry".
  3. Fill in Part A „Application" Enter details on the practical project and/or thesis, upload your transcript, save.

What happens next

1SupervisionYou receive a message with your supervisor. Part B is unlocked.
2Practical registrationFill in Part B, generate the registration form as PDF, have it signed and upload it.
3PresentationBook a slot in the planner or propose a preferred date – your entry shows it.
4Thesis registrationUnlocked after the practical project: fill in, generate PDF, upload signed.
5ColloquiumBookable after the kick-off and closing event of the BWS.

In your Moodle entry you can always see which step is done and what comes next. Your details are visible only to you and the teaching staff.
